Dance in the spring sunlight with Forest Collective this November

Convent Live and Forest Collective present Sun Songs & Cycles

Across a cluster of events in spring, Forest Collective will sing hymns and dance rituals in praise of the cycles of the sun.

Exploring music from across Australia and the Americas, the artists will delve into a rich world of music that celebrates the time of spring. The performance will feature music by Liza Lim, John Adams, Phillip Glass, Louisa Trewartha, Evan J Lawson, Margaret Sutherland & more.

Sun Cycles & Songs will be followed by another very special event after the Friday and Saturday performances; the premiere of Last Page, Final Chapter (Soda’s highly-acclaimed electronic work commenting on Pierrot Lunaire).
